They, not only make the vagina tighter, but Dr Sunila says they can also help with constipation and urinary incontinence. To do Kegel exercises pull your buttock or in tight. The muscle action is similar to when you stop urination midway. Hold the muscles tight for three seconds and then let go. Do this five times at a go and repeat the whole sequence thrice. Another exercise is to hold the muscles for ten straight counts and then relax.

Surgery--Now, this is one of the most effective ways to get a tighter vagina. There are different types of vaginal tightening surgeries. Vaginoplasty is the most common cosmetic option available in which the walls of the vagina are tightened. Another type of surgery is vaginal rejuvenation which uses a laser to tighten the vagina.
